    Come to LIFTS wellness studio where your workouts are custom to your schedule, goals, body type, etc. All in person workouts are designed by Lorelle. In person training also includes complementary weekly workout planning for all of your solo workouts.

  • Eating healthy doesn’t have to be boring

    Learning a healthy lifestyle is all about balance. We believe that all things in moderation is the key to success. Meal plan recommendations and macro coaching are included with your in person training. This is definitely not a “one size fits all” approach. Each plan includes supplement recommendations and is tailored to your specific preferences. Feel your best and never feel restricted again!

  • Accountability + Extras

    LIFTS wellness center is a private training facility where you come as you are and work to become your very best…and STRONGEST self. Lorelle will use progress photos, body stat tracking, measurements, and more to make sure you are staying on track with your goals and your investment is paying off in RESULTS!
