Meet Lorelle, founder of LIFTS Wellness Studio & LIFTS Activewear
What started as a passion for preventative health while working in radiology turned into a full-blown mission to help women build strength—from the inside out. I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and opened LIFTS to create something different: a space where women could train hard, feel safe, and truly thrive.
I believe fitness isn’t about shrinking—it’s about expanding: in confidence, in strength, and in self-worth. At LIFTS, that’s the energy our trainers and I brings to every session, every client, every rep.
When I am not coaching or designing the next activewear drop, I’m probably out on a nature walk or sipping wine somewhere local—because balance is everything.
Bobbie-Lynn Nader
Hi, I’m Bobbie-Lynn, and I’m the head personal trainer here at LIFTS. Fitness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember, but what truly drives me is helping others discover their own strength and confidence. I understand that everyone’s journey is different, and I’m here to support you at whatever stage you’re in, with patience and compassion.
With over a decade of experience, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative the right approach to fitness can be, and I can’t wait to guide you through it. Whether it’s your first time stepping into a gym or you’re looking to push past a plateau, I’ll be right there with you.
Outside of training, I love spending time outdoors, especially paddle boarding, or just soaking up some downtime at a café with a good coffee. I’d love to help you on your fitness journey here at LIFTS!
Lisa Arnabat
Hi, I’m Lisa, one of the personal trainers here at LIFTS. I have always been a very active person - from trying out any sport under the sun to being in the police academy in Germany. However, my real fitness journey began when I hired my own coach to help with weight loss and body recomposition. I was so inspired by the process, I decided to pursue a certificate in personal training and nutrition to help others achieve their own goals.
I am passionate about integrating health and wellness into everyday life and helping clients build their confidence both inside and outside of the gym. In addition to being a personal trainer, I’m also a mental health counselor, which enhances my ability to support my clients holistically.
When I’m not working, you can find me outside with my pup and husband, diving into an exciting fantasy novel, or planning our next travel adventure.
