Lorelle is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine for personal training. After going to college and graduating with a radiology degree, Lorelle discovered her love for preventative medicine and a more holistic approach to health. In 2019 she opened her own personal training business, LorelleLIFTS, and today she owns and runs LIFTS Wellness Studio in Merritt Island, FL. LIFTS wellness studio is a personal training facility and store front for LIFTS Activewear.
